2015-2016 Here is where you will find the very cool Stop Motion Animation movies made by 6th grade students in 2016! September and October: 6th grade students studied the art and life of artist Pablo Picasso, one of the most famous artists of all time. Students learned the different styles of Picasso, and why he was so successful as an artist. Students then were able to choose the type of art they wanted to make based on Picasso's many different art styles, materials, and subjects. Below are some examples from this project!     Click on the links below for artwork created during previous years in the art room. In 5th grade, students created snowy landscapes with tempera paint. Next, using a photo manipulation app, students took a picture of themselves and put it in their landscape! |
